Service Description

MEDITATION RETREAT WITH JOCHEN RAYSZ Finding serenity in a busy world and life. Is it possible to find serenity without stepping away from ambitious pursuits in a world that gets faster and more demanding every day? In this weekend retreat, we’ll explore that this is not only essential for truly thriving in a busy world, it is also much more achievable than we might think. We will introduce simple practices that help you relax, center, focus, and recharge, no matter where you are. These techniques are designed to seamlessly integrate into your daily activities, gradually making serenity your new default state. Discover how these practices can fuel a sustainable, productive and successful life, empowering you to pursue your passions with greater clarity, ease, and joy. Starts: Friday, November 1, 7pm (Arrive 5-7pm) Ends: Sunday November 3, 10am We’ll take the first evening to arrive, slow down and connect with each other and the land. Weather permitting, we’ll gather around a campfire and set intentions for the retreat. On Saturday we will use guided meditations and practices of breathing, grounding, centering and connecting to drop into our natural state of restful awareness, inner peace and openness of heart and mind. There will be time and space to reflect and journal, to connect with each other and spend time finding your roots on the land. We will close the day gathering around the campfire drawing on the courage and support of our inner wisdom elders. On Sunday we will have another guided meditation that will integrate all the practices of the weekend that we can take with us into the day and weeks to come. Jochen will be available afterwards for complimentary 1:1 time if you have any further questions. Logistics info and intake form will be sent after registration.
